Strawberry rhubarb bars

1 C packed brown sugar

2 C large oats

1 C whole-wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)

3/4 C cold butter cut into ½-inch pieces

4 C fresh diced strawberries

3 C frozen or fresh chopped rhubarb

1/4 C cornstarch (reduce to ½ TBS If using fresh)
