Lady Monarch cagers top Canal Winchester

Marysville’s girls hoop squad upped its record to 2-0 with a recent 54-34 triumph at Canal Winchester.

The Lady Monarchs trailed 13-6 after the opening period, but limited the Indians to seven points in the ensuing stanza.

MHS held a 21-20 edge at halftime.
