YMCA parking lot work begins
Workers are shown beginning paving work at the Union County YMCA this morning as the organization moves forward with a $230,000 parking lot renovation funded through community donations. The paving project is one of several facility improvements planned this summer, including painting in the family, men’s and women’s locker rooms and upgrades to the building’s second-floor heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. YMCA officials said the improvements are part of an ongoing effort to enhance the member experience as the facility continues to see growth in membership and summer day camp participation.
