Union County Sheriff’s Office staff pose with officials from the Ohio Collaborative Law Enforcement Accreditation Program as well as other agencies earlier this week. The sheriff’s office earned accreditation through the program, which establishes standards for many aspects of law enforcement operations. The Union County Sheriff’s Office has earned accreditation through the Ohio Collaborative Law Enforcement Accreditation Program.

On Tuesday, the office announced it had received the notice, recognizing the agency for meeting or exceeding state standards in several areas of law enforcement.
