For the love of candy

Homecoming parades always top the list in terms of the amount of candy that is thrown. When it comes to choosing the right receptacle, creativity can be crucial. Above, four girls took a break from a dance class uptown to watch the Marysville parade Wednesday and had to shove treats into the pants of their outfits.

Above, a boy watching Jonathan Alder’s parade in Plain City Wednesday decided an open umbrella would provide the most volume. Below, a group of girls armed with grocery bags and a bucket, try to snag some airborne candy. Marysville, Jon Alder and Fairbanks all have their Homecoming games tonight.
