Michael McPherson is facing multiple charges after allegedly firing a gun in Marysville’s Uptown. He allegedly showed the gun a while outside Stephens Lounge on Main Street. McPherson was in the passenger seat of a truck. As the truck drove west through the intersection of Main and Fifth streets, McPherson allegedly pointed the gun out the window and fired multiple shots in the direction of those gathered outside the bar. City Council heard the first reading of an annexation and rezoning for nearly 244 acres that will be the third phase of the Marysville East development. The third section will be largely residential with 800 to 850 homes, including 240 to 260 apartments as well as patio homes, single-family homes, duplex-style homes, townhomes and attached ranch homes.
